Today is the day we give ourselves credit for what we accomplished this week and give gratitude.

Credit this week for going to a meetup with my local WW friends, tracking, weighing and measuring, keeping the right foods in the house and my trigger foods out of the house, managing some gifted treats well, keeping up with my online support groups, and exercising. I am grateful that although my husband is sick it isn't covid.

My credits this week have to do with starting back to meditate and getting up 30 mins earlier to do so, being regular with exercise, and logging my food. I am also working hard on my night-time routine although I haven't found a successful one yet.
