Today is the day we share what our goals for the week are and what we plan to do with our me-time.

My usual goals for the week are to track, weigh and measure, keep the right foods in the house and trigger foods out of the house, keep up with my online support group, and to exercise. I'm feeling under the weather right now so I'm not sure about getting exercise. There's a cough thing going around in our area. For me time it will be computer, reading, and exercise time.

GOALS * Track every BLT - honestly * Stay within parameters of Conquer Cravings * Walk at least twice for 30 minutes * Stay positive
ME TIME * Reading * Cards with friends * At least one soak in the tub (had one last night...want another)

I am dealing with a family medical issue so I don't really have any goals except to get the issue resolved quickly and get ready for my trip next week. I will be going to India for 3 weeks starting right after Christmas so my posting will be either at odd times or non-existent.
I decided to quit eating sugar on Sunday and have had two decent days so far. I did eat a protein bar yesterday because I was in the hospital and it had sugar. I want to keep that up.
