How do you plan to handle eating on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day?

Christmas Eve will probably be a steak dinner, and Christmas Day is turkey breast, stuffing, potatoes, cranberry sauce, a vegetable, and gravy. No dessert or extra goodies although we'll have champagne with one of the meals and I did make sugar cookies for my husband today. I will eat my usual measured portions.

Christmas Eve is French onion soup and empanadas. Christmas morning is fruit salad, champagne, eggs and croissants. Haven’t dialed in Christmas dinner. I did make and freeze soups, and other meals for the week our adult kids are home. Trying to add in vegetarian options too.

We are having Christmas dinner at a friend's house. She was going to have salmon, but there must have been some difficulty, because she just texted that we are having filet mignon instead. She will have lots of nibbles, she's an old school Scot, so mince meat pies, probably potatoes, she usually makes a trifle. And lots of vino. We are staying over.
Not doing anything special for Christmas Eve.

We won't be doing anything "special" so probably won't have to worry about those days any more than any other days. I have had the snacking hungry munchies so am not OP recently. Need to change things sooner than later or will be up more on the scale.
