Thanks for the start, Karen. I hope you have a good day at the gym and Osteo.
Iggy and I decided to go down to Jungle Jim’s in Fairfield, about an hour away. They have our favorite cheeses and my favorite Chianti (I mostly cook with it) and Iggy’s favorite beer. We also got some “Strong Irish” mustard and Pomi tomatoes and Stella D’Oro Anisette Toast (cookies). Stella is a favorite of mine from NY as they are sweet but not Oreo sweet a d are low calorie for a cookie. Meijer used to carry them but quit and Amazon is too expensive. I splurged once and they were stale. We went to Izzy!s for lunch and I had a veggie Reuben and potato pancake. Iggy had a regular Reuben. We both took half the meal home with us.
Hope you are all having a good day.

Karen, thanks for the start. Hope you had good driving weather and good sessions at Osteo and the gym. Chele, I haven't had Stella D'oro for a long time, but they are a good option for when you want something sweet. Publix had them on sale this week and has a varieties in stock. Sounds like a nice day out. I didn't picture a place called Jungle Jim's as somewhere that sold food! It's been cloudy today and only in the 50s. Heavy rain is supposed to come this weekend.
Hope everyone has a nice evening.

Chele, you and Iggy had a fun day! I remember those Stella D'Oro's. I didn't know they still made them. Quite a haul from Jungle Jim's, which is good since it's not exactly close. Is Izzy's a deli? Always good to have leftovers. Osteo went well. As of today, I hit 100% average improvement on the machines. I had a few sore muscles from iTone yesterday, so it was an effort. The gym was a little crazy. Like the fitness center yesterday, it was rather crowded with lots of new faces that probably won't be there next month. It was a bit challenging, but I only had one machine that was constantly being used and it's one I don't like anyway.
How's it going with the new Garmin, Kathy? Have you changed the watch face yet? Any apps to recommend? The drive was good. Schools are still on vacay here and tourists are mostly gone. I actually got from the gym to home in about 45 minutes. It was nice to get home early. We're expecting rain on the weekend as well, but it doesn't sound like it will be that heavy here. It looks like it will be worse east of us into NC and up the coast.
Linda, how are the aches and pains? Did you get some rest today? How long will the museum boss be gone? What's going on with Minni?
I hope to have a quiet day tomorrow. It may be the nicest day of the week and might actually hit 50°. Still going to be a cold morning.

like those toast cookies and their other 4 kinds , but have not seen them in a long time here.
Karen, how long do you think the resolution crowd will last in the gym?
Cold, windy, damp weather is talking to joints..even Bob's!
After I got Minni's new no pull harness with hook in the front, not back, all three straps adjusted , i Spent most of day caching up on bills, filing, checking statements, totaling categories for taxes so I could start those plastic folders for 2024. Paid a couple bills at the bank. Walked the dog! Who went ballistic at the barking chihuahua next door behind the gate and then at another barker behind his gate. When did chicken dog become attack dog? I should have used the new no pull harness.
Had to try to cover the big veggie pot for tonight, but the new cover is not great, and the big pile of leaves is in the way plus another pot. so after the guys come tomorrow have move the pots a bit and to dig out the bigger ,old one because it needs to go all the way to the ground.
