Happy Sunday,
Louis - what are your favorite activities while on vacation? I understand sitting on a boat are not at the top of the list. All the southerners should follow your advice .
Today I did Move with Nicole video and Les Mills Bend class. We met a couple visiting Valencia to see if this is where they want a second home. We walked the beach area and had wine.

Good morning.
I like to see tourist attractions and eat local cuisine. I want the to see the world's largest ball of twine, old architecture / churches, or whatever the area has to offer. Sounds odd, but I want to go back to Waco, Texas because I didn't get to see the Dr. Pepper museum when we went last time. I've seen the Kohler Museum in Wisconsin (yup, toiiets and old washing machines), so you know there's virtually no stone I'll leave unturned.
They're thinking of splitting time, Debbie? We've talked about doing that between the US and Brazil in retirement.

Louis - it sounds like you will love the miniature museum in Valencia. Barcelona has so many cool museums, did you visit there last holiday? There are still cabins on the northern lights cruise.
Today I did body pump. It has been a month since I was so sick and I think I can start adding some weight. All the big sales have started! We have two couples visiting for Fallas so I have to put two people on the sleeper sofa. That means getting sheets and towels and a bed spread. I got the sheets and towels last week and bought a bedspread today for 50% off. We also picked up body soap, shampoo and conditioner for the third bathroom.. I’m starting to feel ready for company.

Good morning.
We didn't hit the miniature museum when we were there; just the page one attractions since we were only there a few days and we'd already run ourselves pretty ragged at that point. I'd like to go back to Spain again, but I've got a few other bucket list items to cross off my list first.
It's 18 this morning with 2 for a wind chill. About 3/4 of our office stayed home yesterday. I somehow got 8k steps in spite of the cold keeping me inside all day.

Good morning. Welcome to the sinus yo-yo. We're starting off at 17 this morning on the way to the low 40's and then up to 79 tomorrow before crashing back down again. Please send mojo for my poor nose. We talked about it last night. We think that we're both sitting here waiting on another shoe to drop which is why we haven't pulled the trigger on something.  |

Happy Wednesday,
Louis - your temperatures are much warmer that most of the U.S. the kids had highs of -14 and our friends in Friendsville Tennessee are getting snow.
Today I did body pump, a walk, went to the mall to look then to a new hospital to consult with a new urologist. Very long day. The weather is warm, cloudy and windy at times.

Good luck with the new doc, Debbie. Every time I've made a switch it's been a chore. At least with the new online record systems, I don't have to tell my complete story over and over again.
Speaking of, I have my physical tomorrow. Doctor won't be happy because I've done nothing that we talked about at the last one. I don't think he'll much care that life got in the way.

Louis - changing doctors is much easier here I think. He was only interested in urology issues.
The Doctor appointment was just what I was looking for, he spoke English and is very knowledgeable.
Today I hung out with a friend and finished the wall hanging for upstairs.
I didn’t sleep well so that’s it for today.

That's great that you found an English speaking doctor, Debbie. That way you know you're understood when you describe a symptom and you don't have to worry about a translator's choice of words. I'm off to the doc in a bit myself. Fasting blood work.
Should be a quiet day, but someone scheduled a 3PM meeting for me... 😱

Louis - thank you. I hope your blood tests are ok.
This morning I was up and out on the 7am bus to drop off a urine sample. The new hospital won more brownie points for ease of procedure. Then I did body pump d met friends for lunch. We lingered for hours at the restaurant on this cold rainy day.

Good morning.
Is that hospital just for your urologist? I go to a large medical group here with offices all over the area. Their main campus though is the one I go to, so I haven't been referred outside that building yet for anything.
Blood work appears to be okay based on my layman's reading of the b poorly formated results in the app. I'll wait for the doc to tell me otherwise.
Cold again today...
