Hey all,
Have a good Thursday! I am popping in to say a quick hi before I get ready for TOPS. I am feeling good about my WI today. I have honestly tracked everything this week and really watched it. I'll let you all know
Thinking of all of you. Ann, hope you are feeling a bit better today.
I'll pop in later!

Hello friends!
We were both up and out early today—DH for a PCP checkup and me to OT and then the dentist. All went well, even though DH ended up having to go over to the hospital to get his A1C checked. Apparently, the doctor’s equipment showed an A1C that was very high and seemed at odds with DH’s daily tests. The doctor just called and confirmed an A1C more in line and told DH to keep up the good work. I’m thankful they retested. Otherwise, he might have changed medicine dosages and caused a dangerous drop in glucose.
This evening we plan to go to Anna’s soccer game. I am thankful temps will be near 70. We anticipate a big drop in temps and a hard freeze over the weekend.
Dinner tonight will be rotisserie chicken with mustard greens and cornbread dressing as sides. Quick and easy. My weight has been holding steady, because I haven’t yet gotten up the gumption to rein in my eating, though I have started tracking again. Deb and I plan to walk again today, also.
Judy - Thanks for keeping the cafe open! I’m guessing you had a good WI.
Sue - How’s your return to work going? I’m sure you were welcomed back with open arms.
Ann- Keeping you in prayer!

Hi gang,
I’m so happy to report a 2.2 drop in lbs this week! We have split into small groups of five teams for inspiration and a 6 month challenge with our teams. I’m motivated and just a little competitive - ha- so this will help me! It was a great meeting. Each time is led by a lifetime person.
Good to see you Sue. Are you feeling better? I’ve been worried about you with the vertigo . Hope being back at school is going well.
Pam, so glad your DHs A1C was a false alarm. Phew.
Busy rest of the day here. I did a grocery curbside pickup, went to the tire place for an appt and brought Miss Daisy in for a grooming. She looks (and smells) heavenly! I think I have what I need for my five friends arriving Saturday for the day. DH bought wine and I’m set with soup ingredients, garlic bread and a big salad. I’m making a pear and baby greens with a cranberry vinaigrette dressing. One friend us bringing a cake.
Tonight I had a salad with salami and Swiss added. Hit the spot.
TTFN -have a good night!
