How important is it to you to sit down and have three meals a day with snacks as opposed to grazing?

Having my meals and snacks planned out is important for me and makes this work for me. I'm not good thinking on my feet when it comes to food and eating. I would probably overeat if I grazed all day.

Meals are never 100% planned but there is a pattern or guide I follow that helps. As for snacks...most of mine are fruit or vegetable with an occasional bowl of popcorn.

For me, grazing is not allowed. Everything that goes into my mouth is tracked, as accurately as possible. If I eat standing up or on my way to the table, it’s already tracked and portioned on my plate, however, I find that I’m more satisfied with my meals when Im seated and focused. Otherwise, I end up looking for “something else” when my meal is completed.
