Today is the day we share our goals for the week and how we plan to spend our me-time.

My goals for the week are to keep tracking, weighing and measuring, shop to have the right foods in the house, keep my trigger foods out of the house, and keep up with my online support groups. My me-time is my computer and reading time.

* Read more books and review them before they are archived and unavailable
Me Time * Reading & reviewing * Spend time with Rosalie on Thursday * Soak in the tub with a book if there is sun to heat the water

I really need to set goals and intentions today. I have been in the country helping a friend and have been eating wildly off plan. Ice storms up north are delaying our trip home. But the storms are wrecking havoc with loss of power and downed trees so I am grateful my husband and house are safe. My immediate goal is to track today, stop eating sugar, and to exercise properly. And just to be present here. The old one day at a time.
