Something happened the other day that got me thinking about some of the things I’ve done over the years in the name of health that I now seriously question what I was doing. Do you have anything you’ve done in the past for health or for dieting that you now think was misguided?

I used to take all of these supplements. I was big into supplements. Finally decided I probably didn't know what I was doing with some of them and cut way back. The only dieting I've done as been a WW member.

Hi, I'm back after a trip to India when I tried to stay on track but didn't log or check in.
The stupidest thing I did was cut back on my calorie intake as a teen and continued that through my 20s so that I ended up anorexic before I wised up. I suspect that messed up my metabolism for a decade or two when I had to really stop weighing myself and just eat the calories in a reasonable diet. I gained weight of course, but didn't become obese and I still work at not just stopping eating to lose weight. I can actually get by on very little food but it isn't healthy to do so.

Hmmm, I don't think I've ever done those fad diets in the past. Maybe Lizlor will be able to remember something we did back in the day but I can't remember anything.
