Exercise was not much but today I did more as I was doing laundry and some household chores...amazing what a bit of sunshine can encourage a body to do

Body weight exercises, morning and evening - 5 days 1/2 walk w/hand wts. - 3 days Mini-trampoline - 1 day Body wt. exercises, evening only - 2 days

Walking every day at least 30 minutes, with cardio/weights 2x at Gym

Stretching, 1 body weight workout, 2 spins. Icy frozen weather in Portland finally melting.

No exercise last week except for hauling suitcases around and walking in airports with a heavy backpack. I plan to restart Sunday

lizlor, The New York post put a video of people in Oregon trying to drive or walk after the ice storm. Things looked bad. My niece lives in Eugene and the university was closed and her kid's schools were closed.
