– What helps you to stay in a helpful mindset for losing weight/maintaining your weight?

Keeping up with my online support groups and my local WW friends helps me to stay in a good mindset. Also, all the information in the news about staying at a healthy weight, exercising, and eating healthy keeps my mind on taking care of myself.

Online groups, my sister, my clothes still fitting, the scale, knowing that I am healthier and feel better at this weight than higher ones

Groups like this one, and another, and ultimately reading my cards and editing them frequently.
I also feel better and more energetic when I do the right things and that is a motivator.

You all. I also try to keep up with the latest health/nutrition news. I enjoy being able to shop my closet since I've been approximately the same size for decades (with exceptions to be sure). This is turning into an ARC so I will stop.

This is a great landing spot for me to stay focused. Thank you all. Focusing on Beck success steps helps too. And keeping a digital journal helps me focus on what I need to do too.

Checking in here with you all. Pushing myself to exercise on days I don't really want to. Watching what I'm eating and eating healthily. Getting a good 'report card' from my cardiologist. And of course fitting into smaller sized clothing.
