Today is the day we share our goals for the week and share how we will spend our me-time.

This week I will make sure I track everything, weigh and measure, keep the right food in the house and my trigger food out of the house, and keep up with my online support groups. My me-time is my computer and reading time.

Goals * track everything * stay positive * read/review books as quickly as I can * spend time tidying in the kitchen and at least one other room
Me Time * Wednesday with Rosalie * at least one soak in the tub (happened last night) * Montblanc Writing Class (tonight)

I've been good with making sure I have good food in the house, ready to go when I need it.
I need to start reading cards regularly again. I have been reading them off and on as convenient but checking off the daily reminders. Today I need to read them when the reminder goes off
Right now, I just need to get my body back into this time zone and am not doing much of anything else. It would be good to start doing my usual things besides laundry, unpacking and putting away, cooking, cleaning, etc.

Get back to consistent tracking and prep. Exercise. Me time: reading and a movie. Im not a consistent card reader but would like to try. My whys flashes on my phone but it not a deliberate thing.
