Thanks for the start, Chele. How did the focaccia turn out? What kind of mushrooms did you top yours with? Did Iggy do all the chopping? Glad his back is feeling better. We might make it to 50 today. Will you also be out of the deep freeze? We'll have rain starting tomorrow. Will you get some of that as well? I know what you mean about not sleeping with the Fitbit. I don't sleep with my Garmin either. When I have a bad night's sleep, I can expect the readings I get. But even when I feel I've had a good night's sleep it claims I really didn't. Too depressing....
Kathy, when will your temps start to ramp up? I guess with the rain and warmer temps, the fog is a consequence. I guess Mother Nature is making up for all the rain from tropical systems that you didn't have during hurricane season.
How did it go with the fridge delivery, Linda? How much rain have you gotten? Is it done? I hope you got to kick back a bit yesterday.
The MG meeting last night was one of the smallest groups we've ever had because people didn't want to take a chance with the roads. Fortunately, our bylaws indicate that a quorum constitutes the number of members in attendance, so we were able to do business without any problems. Early dentist appointment this morning did not go well. I have a composite filling that needs to be replaced with a crown and have small cavities working under a couple of existing crowns that will need to be replaced. Fortunately, they are all on the same side. I have an appointment to get them done at the same time. It won't be fun, but at least I can get it over with. Dale left for tennis after I got back. They haven't been able to play for a couple of weeks, so I hope he won't be too sore when he gets home. While he's gone, I have several loads of laundry and plan to make a new chickpea burger recipe that I found.

It’s 40° and raining and is supposed to rain for the next day or so. We still need it so no complaints.
The focaccia turned out great. I put sea salt and oregano on top before baking. The mushrooms were for the frittata. I woke up early today and did the chopping, because I didn’t want to wait for Iggy to get up.
Karen, yikes on the teeth front, but you’re right. At least it is all on one side. Chickpea burger sounds good. I hope Dale enjoys the tennis with no after effects. The first day I had the FitBit on and was walking around the house every hour, I was so sore I had to take an Aleve. I guess my workouts are not enough.
Linda, I hope all is well with the fridge.
Kathy, enjoy your 75° weather. We missed out on the freezing rain, TG. We just have rain and fog.

Ouch on the dentistry coming. Really irritating when crown does not protect it.
I did not know you could proof yeasty stuff in fridge….?
Fridge is here, full of food and seems right temp. Half hour before that rain stopped and came back an hour later…luck! Just enough too to get dog walked. Still raining day three. Yard squishes when you walk.
No fun grocery shopping to replace stuff, along with needed things I waited on . Rain , two stores and almost $300 layer without meat! And that is with managing to ice a bunch of stuff successfully. Used fridge top that worked somewhat as a cooler with ice. Freezer stuff I could not jam into the little freezer was in a nice chest after he called to say 20 minutes.
Still have ice melting in the sink and a pile of containers to put away. Really need to straighten up the garage.
