Hey friends,
It's a gloomy, drizzly grey day today. That about covers it but it is warm at 50 something. I went to my TOPS WI. I am still up but persevering and sticking to it. My mantra "This Changes Nothing" will continue. The meeting was a good one. Lots of discussion about what and how people track meals. Lots do calories and portions. I am shocked by the small number of calories some of the older ladies eat. Two of them are strictly at 1000 a day. I have never really calculated calories on WW but figure it is at least 1200-1400.
Work has been busy with so many scheduling changes that my head spins. I need a neck brace I told my friend. Ha ha.
Pam, hooray for typing two handed and for the progress you are making with your wrist.
Sue, hope the work week is going well and that you are not too tired getting back in the swing of it.
Waving to Ann if you see any of this... glad you are progressing after your injury.
Take care friends.

Greetings, WW Friends ~
It is good to sit down and chat with you all. Last night (about 11) our power went out. I kept receiving updates every four hours throughout the night and this morning. I got up and went to school, after DH brought us home a couple of huge coffees!! I monitored the repairs all day via phone and then DH called that he had stopped home and found the temp at 70 and all the power restored (including the garage door). I went to Panera Bread with a friend after school. When I got home I reset my bedroom clock (it doesn't do it automatically). Then I reset the coffee maker (for tomorrow morning). I had another couple of clocks that needed attention, and now I think I am caught up. We had a quiet day at school and I was glad it was the end of our work week!
Tomorrow I am going out to lunch with my VBF to celebrate my birthday (which is Sunday). That will be fun!
BBL. Make a great evening!!
