Stacey that's nuts! I would be calling back and speaking to someone else. Or better yet I would go on their FB page and use the messenger option. That is just not right. I've never even heard of them canceling a lifetime membership, ever. ๐ณ

I just got off from a virtual chat and she cancelled my lifetime membership. There are no close by meetings and I had an extension till last month. I am not paying the monthly fee for WW. Be prepare to start paying when extension is up. I asked if I could do virtual meetings and weigh in on app monthly. She said no, you need to weigh in once monthly. 70 miles round trip for me to weigh in and that wonโt work. I would even need to take a day off from work due to meeting during the week. She cancelled my membership and I did not even tell her for sure I was canceling. I have been with weight watchers lifetime since 2002. Always weighed in monthly until they closed our meeting place. So disappointed in WW. I am lifetime and when I called about not being able to get to meetings they pushed me to switch to digital only. (I kept the lifetime). They definitely seem to want to phase it out. In all the new affinity groups, there is nothing for Lifetime.
