My drinks with calories are alcoholic beverages, my non-fat lactose-free milk, and when I go out to breakfast, I have half & half in my coffee. My non-caloric drinks are water, seltzer, an occasional diet soda, black coffee, and herbal tea.

My drinks with calories are fat free milk a few times a week, and a couple of ounces of wine once a week. Otherwise I drink black non sweetened coffee once a day and water.

How do you handle things where you are with a group of people, and they are eating more than you can on plan?

I usually mind my own plate and don't pay much attention to what others are eating. I'm super aware about how much I can eat and check for fullness. Usually in social situations I allow myself to have more than I would on a normal day at home, so I'll have some extra.

In a group I tend to eat more than I usually do. If I know in advance that I'll be in a group then I try to plan my day and/or my week around it. Otherwise I keep in mind that I have to eat healthfully and I try to follow my own eating per hunger and satiation levels plan.
