Today is the day we take credit for what we did this week and give gratitude.

This week I tracked some days, weighed and measured, kept the right food in the house and my trigger food out of the house, and kept up with my online support groups. I am grateful my husband and I are still healthy.

GRATITUDE * Sunshine today for a hot shower * Enough internet to do most of what I needed to if not all * Life, shelter, food - Makes me think of Maslow's Hierarchy...

This week I planned and shopped and kept healthy food in the house ready to eat. I mostly stuck to eating that food - heavier in vegetables and lower in carbs.
I also have resisted buying M&Ms multiple times while out in the store. I only broke down and ate sugar twice in the week.
Resisted STs to eat more sugar, snack, and do other things not helpful to my body and mind.
