Hello, Kelly, congratulations on you being the BL for last week & for January! Way to start the new year. Brenda, congratulations for posting weekly and staying the course. It felt so good to get out of the house yesterday & see bits of the sun & blue sky. Today back to rain/sleet/snow. A lazy day of football, reading & working on my picture. Happy Sunday

Good Afternoon.
Thanks for the Congrats. I am sure my Fast was the biggest reason for the weight loss. I will try to be consistent with planning weekend meals.
I added 3.08 miles on Friday with a 2 mile WATP and 1.08 walk at lunch since temps got into the 60's. Yesterday I walked 2.2 miles.
The work dinner was nice but disappointed none of the other clinical staff decided to come. It was just the Practice manager, one of the front office staff and her husband, 2 of the CRNPs and their husbands, and the Dr and his wife. Hubby didn't come. The spouses had to pay for their own meals. He wanted me to enjoy some time out as says not worrying about taking care of him.
The staff that did not come better not complain they did not get nothing for Christmas as we voted and it was unanimous to go out instead of having food brought in to the office. Several backed out at the last minute. Good thing we were ordering from menu not having some special prepared for us all.
The Celebration of Life was beautiful and the luncheon after was awesome. The Birthday party was fun too.
The 21 day Fast ended yesterday. Overall I did well. Friday and Saturday I did have dessert which was one of the things I had chosen to fast on. I was impressed that I made it to day 20 without partaking since I was surrounded by goodies at work and at other functions.
Nancy: Thanks for keeping us going week after week, month after month, and years after years. Enjoy your day. Dreary and rainy today.

I had a nice but very busy weekend. I added a 4 mile WATP.
Friday and Sunday I used weekly points with dinner out, luncheon, and Birthday party.

Hello, Geez, can I say I'm out of control with the candy and not so great food choices! Yes, I can and Yes, I can do better starting today. Lazed around yesterday, dh made his famous (lol) fried chicken to have during the football games. I also made mac & cheese along with roasted carrots. Sadly, I opened the peanut butter cups & kept taking one every time I opened the fridge. Today, virtual meeting, gym, chair yoga. No over the top food choices or candy. Happy Monday

I did about 5 minutes yesterday and today of watp. Boy am I out of shape. It’s mostly my knees hurting. But I’m going to keep increasing the time.

Nancy I so know the perils of being out of control. This weekend. I stayed somewhat in the guide lines.

Mimi is off enjoying her cruise.
On Saturday, I met with our little WW breakfast group. Apparently, they are brining back a couple in-person meetings to Brooklyn. It will not work for me.

Good Morning!!
I added a 2 mile WATP yesterday.
Crazy and busy day at work due to a call-off. A call-off makes bad since we are still down the one nurse that is on medical leave and each day one of us has off since we work 10-12 hour days.
Nancy: Hope you had a successful day with no candy. The DH was saying he was hungry for fried chicken.
Brenda: Each day you will be able to be do a little more exercise.
Claudette: Glad you were able to meet with your WW breakfast group. Meetings are so limited anymore. Makes it very difficult to attend to WI.
I am doing well overall, but some days I am just worn out.

Hello, Claudette, thanks for updating my goals. I hope you will be able to go in house sometimes. Kelly, hopefully your coworker will be back soon. Brenda, I'm sure you will make it happen. This week's ww topic is perfect for you. Finally, I feel a little bit in control. I'm back to the gym Mon, Tues & Wed. TM 35min, tracking, 40oz water M, 48 oz water T. Virtual meetings all days. My eating is still a little out of control but I'm tracking everything (even the candy) which has put me in the negative. I moved the candy to where I can't see it in the fridge. Happy Wednesday

Ladies you are welcome. Just doing my little part. Now if only I can follow my goals.
Guess what, today I had to have lazer treaments on my feet. The podiatrist say that they are extremly inflammed. So she is going to give me some steroids to halp calm down the inflamation. So not too much wlaking for me. I will try yoga and pilates for the rest of the week. Praying that it gets better after the treatments.
