Good Afternoon,
I added 2.5 miles yesterday. 2 mile WATP and .50 mile walk.
Off today and been doing some laundry and cleaned the cat room.
Nancy: Good job getting to the gym, tracking, & meetings. Good idea putting the candy out of sight.
Brenda: Hope you were able to get some movement in on Tuesday.
Claudette: Yes, thanks for keeping track of our goals. Hope the laser treatments and steroids help your feet.

Good Morning!!
I added a 2 mile WATP yesterday.
Last night I made roll-out sugar cookies in the shape of groundhogs. I just sprinkled them as time did not allow to decorate them.

Claudette, hope your feet feel better soon. I tried chair yoga and really enjoyed it, I need to do it again this week.
I did not get to the gym Thursday as I attended an appointment with dh. Then we went to lunch. I had a nice grilled chicken salad. It was so yummy. Virtual meeting, 33oz water.

Wow the week always gets away from me. Yesterday was a very high point day. It was my great niece’s birthday. She would have been 9.
This week’s workshop was what I needed.
Nancy, I keep seeing chair yoga on instagram. I’ve tried a couple moves. Seems very doable. WTG with the gym and waters.
Claudette, hope your feet feel better soon. Thanks for keeping us going with our goals.
Kelly, such a cute idea with the cookies. How is your dh day?
My friend at ww said she got on her bike and attended a virtual workshop. I thought I would do that today.

Hello, Brenda, I wish I didn't get rid of my bike. The dr told my dh that the bike will be good to strengthen his leg. Yesterday, virtual meeting, gym TM 25min., waters 33oz, tracking. CANDY! I said it!!! It's just been calling my name & I keep taking little pieces that are adding up & causing weight gain. Happy Saturday 1.20 196.50 Saturday 2/3/24
