Today is the day we share what our goals are for the week and how we'll spend our me-time.

My main goal for the week is to try to get back to tracking my food. I stopped again. What would help is me doing it earlier in the day instead of waiting until the end of the day. I'll keep up weighing and measuring, bringing the right foods home and not bringing home trigger food, and keeping up with my online support groups. My me-time is my computer and reading time.

Goals * Stay OP 100% and track it all for a week
Me Time * One long soak in the tub if we have hot water to soak in

My goals for the week are to get back to reading cards and tracking my habits in my habit tracker. Also regular exercise
I did start logging food again
