How Many Minutes
* Choose how many MINUTES (NOT miles or number of workouts or APs - just MINUTES) you want to be active this month. Choose the number that is right for YOU! * YOU CAN JOIN ANYTIME DURING THE MONTH. * Activity is whatever you choose. It can be anything from gardening or doing some stretches to walking, running, yoga, cycling, swimming, zumba, or spinning, or anything in between. YOU decide what constitutes being active for you! * Check in and tell us how you're progressing toward your monthly goal. * You can check in as often as you'd like. The thread will be posted daily. *Everyone welcome. You can start anytime you want to. *If you only want to track your daily minutes and post here that is fine, too. You don't have to keep track for the entire month.

Drove up in the mountains a LOT but found nothing to get out and walk around or through. Today we are heading to Batroun and walking is on the agenda.

Today: * some walking in the souks of Batroun - wanted more time there but hubby was ready to move on * Hamat, Lebanon: Drove to the end of a high place on a hill overlooking the sea then walked down a LOT of stairs to a church carved halfway into the sea wall. The, of course, the hike back up the stairs had me huffing and puffing a bit. Nice. Such sights to see and take in the salty air,Cathy. Got up late yesterday (so dark these days) and skipped morning walk but rode to second yoga class this week. 50' ride 60' yoga
