What drinks do you have that have calories? What non-caloric options do you drink?

My drinks with calories are alcoholic beverages, my non-fat lactose-free milk, and when I go out to breakfast, I have half & half in my coffee. My non-caloric drinks are water, seltzer, an occasional diet soda, black coffee, and herbal tea.

Beverages with calories * wine * mixed drinks (rarely) * nonfat milk
Beverages without calories: * water * coffee, black * tea, rarely * diet soda, when eating out * iced tea, when eating out

Beverages with calories: protein shake when I have it, unsweetened almond milk when I put it in cereal or oatmeal Without calories: black coffee, herbal tea, some light green tea, water, seltzer
I rarely drink beverages with calories except for the protein shake, because I never feel satisfied with a drink for a meal. I need to chew things to feel satisfied and drinking doesn't do it for me. So I keep the beverages to low or no calorie. The protein shake is just whey protein blended with water.

Calorie drinks: wine, sometimes a cocktail, unsweetened almond milk in my coffee, coconut water. Non-calorie drinks: water. I think that's it. I might have tea every so often. bbbearsmom, you reminded me, I will have cream in my coffee when I'm eating out too. What's up with that? An extra treat, I guess.

lani, I don't have creamer at home because I don't want to bother with the points plus, I constantly reheat my coffee in the microwave, and I don't want to cook the milk. I have it as a treat when I go out. When we use to go out to dinner, I would have it as a treat instead of ordering dessert.
