Good morning! I'm back from floriduh! I guess I got some catching up to do! And I need to weigh in and see the damage. Although I did walk outside except yesterday, which was a travel day (and a loooong one thanks to all the delays). BBL!

oh howdy Brenda and Deb. it is warm here this after 54 Thats encouraging. I have 2 visitors today. 9am a social worker form doctors at home. I have an endoscopy next Monday morning . Russ will pop Scot and I off. Scott will go when my procedure stops to subway or something nd come back. he will call Russ to pick up. the place where we go is right near us less than a mile.

I weighed today a little under 185. I cant believe it. My goal is to get to 179 by my 70th birthday April 20. And to lose another 15 - 20 pounds by then of the year. At 163.6 I will have lost 100 pounds in 5 or 5 1/2 years.

I heard from another resident here who has received cortisone shots in his lowest back and I asked the doctors at them to get me those shots so I cn walk the summer and spring

It's February and this year is leap year! Let's challenge ourselves to take that leap of faith that this year is OUR year and we are going to accomplish our goals! For the next 4 weeks and a (leap) day we our going to take care of our fabulous selves with healthy foods and regular exercise. Sure, it's hard work but aren't we worth it? WELCOME EVERYONE, anytime, and yes you can walk/jog/run or combo, cycle, spin, swim, aerobic classes, elliptical machine, yoga, Pilates, strength train and core work too! Each week you set and post your own attainable mileage/minutes goal and strive to achieve it. Saturday through Friday is our fitness week with Saturday morning weigh-in (WI). WIs are encouraged but optional. There is no judgement here. - Join in on the August water-exercise challenge if you want to, but no pressure if you want to do something else. This challenge runs February 1 through February 29, 2024. Our challengers: Amy- (2019 just got off a medication 263.6) 2024 192, 189 Brenda-223.0 Deb- 195.6,195.8,193.6,193.8,193.0,193.8,191.6,192.0 Mo- 226.8, 226.4, 226.6, 224.8 Welcome to our fabulous February Leap of Faith challenge! Good morning! SO I finally made it to the gym yesterday for the arm weights machines. I had hoped to go to the evening spinning class but Susan had an episode so didn't make it. I'll go soon to do the leg machines and rowing before Susan is awake.
Amy, WTG on your weight loss! I want to blame my age for my inability to loss weight but you're proving it can be done! May I ask what you eat?
Amy, does this mean you are finally getting your social security taken care of?

I filed a 3228 to ask for documents that I allege were around when I call a fraudulent document was made and its the document in the file now but there should have been
1976 denial by SSA for a period of 21 and GE 22 and 1978 award after age 22 . IN OTHERWORKES THEY DESTROYED FROM THE FILE ALL DOCUMENTS SHOWING I WAS NOT DISABLED BEFORE AGE 22. AND THEY CREATED A 1979 SUSUPICIOUS DOICUMEBNT WHEN I WILL TALK ABOU THE DOCTORS INVOLVED. .AND I REMEMBER 1977 AFTER AGE 22 THE PERSON WHOO TOOK MY SSI APPLICATION AN DTHE FEBURYA R1 1978 U =RECEIVE MY FIRST SSI AFTER AFGE 22 THAT DAY JANAURY AND FEBRUAYR TOGETER I TALKED THE ABOUT THE AMOUNT I RECEIVED AND AND THAT I RECEIVED FEBRUARY 1 1978 FOR JJANUARY AND FEBUARY AN DSPLIT THE AMOUTN FO EACH MONT TO SPECIFY IT

I had alleged that but to be told oh we have the 1979 and they don't have others confirmed it.

I eat plant based and I drink water and occasionally hot tea.
I am eating up all the food in my home till march 1 when I will have money to shop
I am eating ga half cup of oats with either frozen blueberries or strawberries put it in the oats the night bregogtr. it becames creamy and you need milk or anything. Then I am eating frozen rice already cooked about 4 cups and I mike the rice without water in a. microwave rice cooker. I stream frozen green peas and mix the the 2 and eatdurubg the day. I eat an orange I and either raisins or prunes for a snack.
Then Shen Saturday cone I will eat the oats the same with either frozen strawberries or blueberries. and then 4 sweet potatoes and broccoli. an and hopefully the oranges will last like the food to march 1.
Then normally I will get the frozen broccoli and the sweet potatoes to eat. But I had to stretch what I had in freezer till Friday. Then I told Russ and Scott I will shop the day I get ssi or ssa march 1.
so the trick is plant based foods.
And you do not go hungry and you lose weight Scott doesn't believe me but its the best way to lower the air. my problem is my back now hurts I can not exercise at all. I walk around the apartment and noon is helping with the fact that the radiology department at the hospital gives cortisone shots in he back

a1c easier to lower. And I got off the kind of diet soda and the kind of sweetners too. I read comments that that acts in the system badly and finally I believed it. my problem is that I cant find a person who will allow met to get the cortisones shots in the back.

guess what I met the nurse practitioner Amy an di play on Alexa the song she wants her husband to here once I love with Amy by the scrarecrow in wizard of oz in Vharlety's Aunt. which was a musical when my parents were young but the doctor is trying to get me cortisone shots in my back that guided to see where to do ihopefully the hospital near e not the one on the east side. I cant walk at all till I get hat shot of cortisones in my back.. its done in radiology and they see what's in your back as they do that. She trimmed my toe nails She was the funnest one of the all the doctors at hime

she tested me on cognition and I just failed one repeated a weird phrase back to my processing problems. I like there the best the nurse practitioner. She hates to be in a clinical setting so she and the doctor are cool.
