exercise: 3 strength, stretching, 1 walk, 1 spin.
Playing catch up… I live outside of Portland, OR with my husband, am 63, 2 adult kids and would like to get to goal this year.

I walked/ran last Sunday and then didn't do anything till Thurs. After that yoga, walked/ran again and I'm going to do strength training today

Body weight exercises - every day, morning and evening Mini-tramp - Friday 1/2 hour walk with hand wts. Tuesday and Sunday
