CJ- the way I see it, unless whatever you signed was in the presence of a lawyer and or notarized it might not be a binding legal document anyway. It could just be a preliminary agreement, but not something that commits you to selling to this agency don’t worry about if you didn’t get the highest price, I went through that abuse with my mother‘s house, and honestly standby that I did what I had to do with that time to get the house sold. I shared with you about the nights without sleep and all the other stress that I went through and it’s just not a fun experience. I pray that it works out for you and that you can deal with whichever company you choose to deal with. I hope you can sleep better tonight . I’m glad that you found some pretty Christmas fabrics, are you going to have to buy that pattern for the Christmas quilt? I took a quick look at Pat Sloan’s website and it appears as though she’s selling the book. Looks like a cute project! And I’m happy for you.
Ruth, how was your day going?
I did contact the person I bought the machine from about my problems with the needle and she got back to me today. She lives in my town, and he’s actually bringing a package of Husqvarna quilting needles for me which I will pick up from her house tomorrow. that’s so sweet of her. It saves me from having to drive up to. And pick up the needles I didn’t get much fun as my daughter came over with the grandkids and I did have some housework to do.

Gee quiet here today.
I did pick up my new needles from the sales rep who sold me my machine. Because I am using a 40 wt thread, (tiny and prone to fraying) the needles I now have have a larger eye, to stress the thread less. I sure hope that they do the trick as I love the thread, it’s got a delicate sheen to it and it looks so pretty. Let’s hope that these special needles do the trick! Honestly for most other quilts, I use cheap coats and Clark’s thread which is a 12 weight.
CJ will be so pleased as today is the last day of football season.
Prayers for my son please….they have moved him to midnights with a lot of forced double shifts. I am very thankful that he is home now, and sleeping….its a tough enough job as it is, and I pray for his safety anyway. He came home exhausted after a 16 hour shift.
Ruth, do you have any plans on watching the game today? I know you do keep track of some football.
Gotta check email and then will give those needles a try.

Hello Ruth - Hope you are doing well. Ginny - That was so nice of the lady to bring the needles closer to you, and I hope using them will solve your problem. I'll keep your DS in my thoughts and hope he has safe travels and is alright at work Thanks for your support on the home sale. It will all get done eventually, I'm feeling less stressed about it. I'm not looking forward to having to remove the covering I have over the mold areas in the basement, but I really need the inspector to see the mold. I plan to wear masks and gloves to do that. Have you and Ruth been talking about football? I just skim over those conversations You're not going to talk about basketball next though? I'm putting together one of the quilt tops today from my quilt alongs last year. At the end of the year I still had 5 sets of blocks to make into tops, so I should finish this one today and that will leave four. I'd love to get these done, I was proud of myself that I had very few unfinished projects, but with all that was going on there was no way I could work on them. Hopefully now I can get them finished in the next month or so. Take care and have a good day

CJ, I was definitely stressed when selling my first house. Things kept coming up such as the area I lived in which was a suburb of Buffalo, NY passed a rule that everyone selling a house had to put in a sump pump. However, they hadn't ironed out details yet and after one was put in it turned out that, according to village opinion, it wasn't put in properly. By that time we were either well on the way here or already here so having that attorney friend of my brother was a Godsend. He even spent the day at my house waiting for them and waiting until they got done to make sure it was up to any possible code the village decided to enact. And with all the things this man did he charged us only $200! The second house we sold we were concerned that we wouldn't be able to get the amount that would cover what we needed to get for it and even wondered if anyone would want to buy it. As I mentioned though there were several people that asked to buy it.I guess I could have had them all bidding on it but I just wanted to get it sold and was happy with what I got. I think the mold might well get you out of that paper you signed. I don't think it costs those companies all that much to get rid of mold but they will try to make you think they it does. Selling property is no picnic Ginny, I hope these new needles work well for you. It was so nice of that woman to bring some home with her so that you didn't have to go so far to get them. As far as the game today goes I'm not sure I want to watch it. Football is a game and entertainment and shouldn't be used as a political platform or to try to solve "issues" that are perceived to be present in our country. I know that I'm just one person and my lack of watching will not cause any changes but I'd feel better. I boycotted football for several years because of the disrespect for our flag. Oh and CJ, no I won't be talking about any other sports . I'm not interested in any of them
