Good morning. For reasons known only unto my boss, my day is now starting a half hour early. 🙄 This is the Santa Rita well. It's the first one used in the Permian Basin in west Texas to see if they could pull oil out of the ground. Moved to the edge of the UT campus in 1958 and noticed yesterday on my longer than planned walk during lunch.  |

Brenda - thank you. Norway is a country that is definitely worth seeing.
Louis - you must be having great walking weather. Thank you sharing , maybe my hiking buddy was involved with it. 30 minutes earlier… just to confuse people?
We slept late this morning after our long travel day. I did a Les Mills workout, worked on unpacking, walked with Ted and met a friend for wine. We really enjoyed eating when we wanted and not when the ship wanted us to.

Good morning. On the ships that go from the US, it seems like there's always food somewhere. Probably not a bad thing to have structure of you're trying not to put on twelve pounds every time you travel. 😉 Dinner was nice last night and our gift to ourselves arrived yesterday as well.  |

Louis - very nice gift. I’m glad dinner was good.
Les Mills just added wall Pilates, I did that and a barre class. Walked around the street market. I’m kind of tired so that’s it for today.

Wall Pilates? If it involves a lot of leaning against a wall, that's my kind of program!
We're heading out to Johnson City in a couple of hours. The highlight for Cecilia will be a couple wineries we haven't been to yet. The highlight for me.. dinner tomorrow night.
I'll be unplugged for the weekend, so I'll check back in on Monday.

Louis - wall Pilates is amazing, give it a try. There are lots of YouTube videos. Have a wonderful weekend. Yippee for wine tasting.
Today we took the trains to pretty Canels. We wanted to show a friend the town but almost everything was closed. So the day was a fail but we made the best of it, found a burger place and didn’t starve.

Louis - I hope you are having a great weekend.
Today is cloudy. I did body balance this morning. The day is all about washing, ironing and cleaning.
The building fire was on the other side of town, it was terrible. A go fund me has been started . I have a stack of items to donate but so much has already been donated the centers have closed. Amazing response from the city.

Good morning. The resort was beautiful. There was a hike with a steep hill to get to the Pedernales River, but the view was worth it when we got there. My n calves are barking today though since I did the hill twice - once to prescout it for Cecilia. Dinner last night was very good. They don't know how to make bad food at Bryan's.   |
