Karen, Step aerobics was always the hardest class for me. My back is more stiff and sore than mega painful. Even the massager doesn’t seem to be working. I’m sure it’s because of the increased activity. I’ve been pushing myself to get 7000 steps minimum per day and I am doing my back PT exercises. I hope the stiffness and soreness will eventually go away but I am not increasing anything until it does.
Linda, I used to love spring until I developed allergies in my 40s. Now I dread it. I hope you feel better soon. Your appliance issues reminded me to extend my protection plans with Best Buy and Lowe’s. How was the museum? Do you feel better now that your hair is trimmed? I go for my trim next week.
Hi, Kathy. I hope you saw some sun today. This morning was dreary but we have sun this afternoon.
Iggy is feeling a little run down today. I hope he’s not catching a cold. I made him a sandwich for lunch and that’s all he wanted. I tried to force some raw veggies and an orange on him but he refused. He is tucked up in bed because he was feeling cold. Meanwhile I’ve got bare feet and arms. The extra steps are keeping me warm.

Rain showed up finally at 1:30 and we are in it until evening Wed, maybe more Thursday with temps dropping to high of 53! Got dog out just as it started lightly. Next opportunity for rain- hating dog is at six briefly. Radar at 1:30..we are the blue dot near Phoenix.pink is high country transitioning to snow..lot of snow. got hair cut before rain and went to museum job.Managed to buttdial ( purse dial) Bob twice as I put phone back in purse . Then after I talked to him, when I put it back, it pressed text. Top of contacts was admin at museum and there was no phone number so it send an email through Verizon with 4 letter nonsense message. I had no idea I could email through text. Put phone back and it called American Express and hung up. Hour at Verizon, we determined phone is fine and nobody can use my Apple ID because we have two factor identification if it is not us.

Thanks for the start, Chele. Sorry about the stiffness and soreness. Did you suddenly ramp up to 7K from what you were doing or have you increased gradually? You should get some relief as your body adapts, so stick with it. I hope Iggy feels better and doesn't come down with a cold. Are you expecting the weather to stay warmish for a few days like we are? I hope you enjoying the sunshine.
Linda, bizarre on the phone. I have sent and received emails on mine. I saw about all the rain in California but didn't know it was heading your way. I think we may get some of it on Friday and Saturday. Did you work on anything interesting at the museum today? My arm never got very sore, so that's been good.
Did you watch the Grammys, Kathy? I heard about a great duet with Tracy Chapman and Luke Combs of "Fast Cars". I didn't realize Luke had covered it. I tried to find the video online but could only find excerpts. Are you enjoying sunshine today? We were in the 60s again so I hope you weren't in the 80s.
Liz worked in the city today, so I hope it wasn't a difficult day for her.
Dale played tennis today and I managed to get things done around the house. He stopped at Home Depot for about a dozen bags of mulch, so when he got home I got most of it spread around the fruit trees. I still have some to spread around the elderberries that I ran out of mulch for on Sunday, so if he gets home early enough tomorrow I'll do that then so it can be finished before we get rain later in the week. Arya and I spent some time on the deck again today and tomorrow will probably be the last day we'll be able to do that for a while. I had a good run on the 'mill this morning. No knee pain at all. I have a PT appointment on Thursday so I'll have to figure out where I need the dry needling the most then.

Chele, it was kind of dreary here today, but the sun peeked out a little bit. It was a bit chilly for us with highs in the 60s. Glad you saw some sun where you are. How is Iggy feeling? Hope he doesn't have a cold. I also dread spring. For me, it's the heat, humidity and pollen.
Karen, yes, I watched the Grammys and have it recorded. Do you have "on demand" where you can watch past shows? That may be an Xfinity thing. The "Fast Car" duet with Tracy Chapman and Luke Combs was my favorite performance of the night. It would be great if they released it as a single. I didn't realize he had covered the song either. There were several good performances and they showed some highlights from the Sphere with U2. Billy Joel sang his first new song in 30 years. I didn't realize he had stopped writing. Taylor broke the record for number of wins for album of the year. All of the awards they gave out on the show went to women, which was interesting. Not too much sunshine today and the clouds kept us in the 60s.
Linda, that's a lot of rain for your area. That's crazy on the phone! I knew you could email via text, but never had it happen unintentionally.

Once we had to use a plan benefit for dishwasher. Well, could only use their guy three days later who decided he needed a part.said call me when it comes to your house! Three days later I called, and he was busy. Three more days .nine days and I could have had appliance guy of my choice do it for less than the plan. Paid o er and over again on stuff and never used it. Stopped buying those.
