NO EXCUSES

Because YOU are WORTH IT and because WW has made this totally DOABLE! * WW gives you a lot of freedom and a LOT of options that make it quite possible to live this lifestyle EVERY DAY. * You know that this philosophy keeps you on the straight and narrow. If you give yourself an excuse to go off plan today, there will ALWAYS be another excuse tomorrow. * SO, there are NO EXCUSES!!! * This is your LIFESTYLE and it is a lifestyle you enjoy and you live it daily. * Hopefully your participation here will not only inspire YOU but will inspire OTHERS too! Wrap-up
Over the past year we have discussed many topics. Today was supposed to be a chart with foods that help the heart and prevent cancer. It really is just a matter of making healthy choices, putting variety into your diet and keeping active - or so they say. So, what did you learn or apply or try or change this year to make you a healthier person?

I don't remember any specifics but am sure there were some.
I think talking about a variety of issues is a good way to gain knowledge and investigate how we deal with things.
