My goals for the week are to weigh and measure my food, keep the right food in the house and my trigger food out of the house, and keep up with my online support group. My me-time is my computer and reading time.

Goals for the week are to continue with my new routine and not let it get messed up because I stopped paying attention to it. Exercise, get up early and meditate, eat a healthy diet
This week is a little less packed than last week with appointments and other things so I am enjoying having the time to work on some of my fiber crafts and finish a few things and get started on some new things.

OT, I read an interview with her and she is a VERY serious cook IRL, everything must be fresh, in season, must have copper pans (handed down by her mother/grandmother), etc. Must be a French thing!
