Today is the day we give ourselves credit for what we did this week and give gratitude.

This week I weighed and measured, kept the right food in the house and my trigger foods out of the house, and kept up with my online support groups. I am grateful my husband and I are still healthy.

I mostly did ok. I went off plan a few times but mostly stayed on plan - I remember Beck telling us to really assess how long we did the right things and how long we did the wrong things and put things into perspective. I also exercised regularly this week. Made healthy foods and ate them.
I am just grateful for everything - my family, my health, etc.
