Hello, Brenda, congratulations on being this week BL!! Mimi, welcome back, glad you had fun on the cruise, but sorry you are sick. Congratulations on getting the extra weight off. Claudette, I saw the pictures of central park so many people out running and walking in the snow. We had snow showers here. Got my taxes done and out of the way!! In-studio meeting, tracking. Not such a good day yesterday getting things done. Although I've been getting to the gym 4day & my waters 4 days it's not enough. If nothing changes nothing changes

Good Morning!!
Snow was not too bad only had to shovel the deck and the stairs. Did not lay on the driveway.
I added 5 miles some WATP and some stepping in place.
Rested and read a lot this weekend.
Church yesterday.
Nancy: Thanks for keeping us going. Keep working the program. 4 days is better than none.
Brenda: Congrats on being the Biggest Loser.
Claudette: Sorry about your coworker wasting your time. No, we do not get off for President's day. We only get off for NY day, Memorial Day, Labor day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
Mimi: Welcome back. You did well with your weight. Sorry about the COVID diagnosis, but glad not too severe. We have had so many of out patients get COVID after being on a cruise.
Waving to all!! Skinny vibes.

Good evening!!!
Yesterday I did a 3 mile WATP. Work was very busy. I was exhausted and had a bad headache when I got home. I did our nightly devotional with my husband and went straight to bed. Woke up with the headache took some Tylenol and went back to bed after texting my practice manager to let her know I would come in between 9-10.
Feeling better this evening. I did take a 1.28 mile walk at lunch. Added 1 mile WATP this evening.
Claudette: Thanks for the reminders. I've been doing well with mine except have missed tracking some days. I hate being tied to my phone.
Nancy: Good job on a good day. Decluttering is always a good feeling.
Waving to all!! Skinny vibes!!

Claudette, thanks for the stats. Please add to mine - Stay at Goal Kelly, so glad the snow wasn.t too bad for you to shovel-how is hubby? Good for you to get to a meeting. How do you keep your lifetime status free if you don't check-in monthly? They told me I have to and I didn't get there yet this month but will go next Tuesday. Nancy, hang in there - those scales will move! I went to WATP yesterday-my quarantine is over finally. I am feeling great! I actually walked 5 miles in 1 hr and 15 minutes. It went well

Good Morning!!
I added 2.56 miles 2 mile WATP and a little stroll later.
Not a good on plan WW day. Partook in an apple fritter and doughnut from one of our patient's bakery.
Nancy: I did like this meeting better than Saturday's as the Saturday crowd there are a handful that take over the meeting. Good job on a good day.
Mimi: WW had extended my Lifetime til March last Fall and I did not have to WI during that time. Not real happy that they have chosen to have only 2 in person meetings for the week. Both being mornings. Really makes it difficult for those that have full-time jobs.
AWESOME job on the 5 mile WATP workout.
Congrats on your weight loss.
Waving to all!! Skinny vibes!!
