I would like to participate in the next challenge. Starting Feb 25?
The first number: WI: (amount you lost or gained) Is that amount gained or lost in the specific week of the weigh-in? Or since the beginning of the challenge? Thank you, Andrew

Andrew,
Your starting weight can be your weight this week. Then you can post your loss or gain for next week on your WI day.

Hello, Andrew, welcome. You can post your current weight today if you would like. Then next week will be your first weigh in. We all post our loss/gain on Friday's or Saturday. Sunday, we post the winner & start a new week. If you would like to add a goal let Claudette know and she will add it to the list. Tell us about yourself. I've been doing ww forever!! I'm lucky to be able to go to in-studio meetings. Kelly, yummy we all need to indulge sometimes. Mimi, kudos on your 5miles! Glad you are feeling well. Hope DH is on the mend. Yesterday was a no gym day, virtual meeting, tracking, waters!! Errands & read my book. Happy Saturday

First Weigh-in 02/24 164.3 lbs
Hi my name is Andrew, I'm 60 y/o man. I'm from Tennessee, but now I live in Seoul, South Korea (totally different time zone). I lost some weight through private coaching for 4 months, but that is over now and I am happy to start WW. I only have the last 6 lbs to go to my target weight (well, now 4.3 lbs) but that last bit is very stubborn. I think it will be helpful to have someplace to be accountable for my weight (here). My private coaching was very much about habits and planning, which was great, but I feel I need more accountability for my actual weight. I know I don't have far to my goal, but that last bit is stubborn, and I really appreciate being here. Thank you, Andrew

Welcome Andrew! I know the struggle to lose the last 5 pounds. It took me a long time and now I struggle to stay at Goal. I got my lifetime status in 1992 and gained some back but now am at Goal again. I look forward to getting to know you. Nancy, a -0- is always OK. Sometimes we need a little break. Good for you to stay in 1derland. Kelly, when I lived in Gettysburg I went to meetings on Wed evenings. That was great for working people. It is crazy that they don't accommodate you. We started at Howard Johnsons and then we moved to the outlets. I played golf Friday and the winds were 20 mph with 70 degrees temp. I really wore myself out after being sick and being on those meds for a week. I came home and my sinuses were stuffy and my lungs felt irritated. I guess I shouldn't have played. I sat down and fell asleep for 2 hrs and slept 2 more hours watching TV with hubby in the evening. I slept another 7hrs all night. Yesterday I felt weak and tired. I never use caffeine but I drank some coffee with caffeine and was able to vacuum the house. I had to skip shuffleboard game with the neighborhood ladies and it was a beautiful sunny day 75 degrees.to be out there. It is 6:30 Sunday AM now and I feel rested and my lungs feel fine. I took some mucinex and was able to get my head open again. I feel like I am back to normal now. Fingers crossed.
