Today is the day we share our goals for the week and share how we'll spend our me-time.

My goals for the week are to keep weighing and measuring, bringing the right foods into the house, keep trigger food out of the house, and keep up with my online support groups. My me-time is my computer and reading time.

My goals are to exercise regularly and continue to eat healthy foods, reject STs encouraging me to eat non-healthy foods.
I will have less me-time now that he's back. I have to cook more. But my me-time is always spent doing crafty things. it lowers my stress and stimulates my brain
SO brought some snacks from India. I think I'm going to put them in the freezer downstairs. Out of sight, out of mind.

GOALS:
* save points for Saturday luncheon * accrue some activity points for Saturday * stay positive
ME TIME: * a soak in the tub with a good book * time with friend(s) on Thursday * luncheon in Beirut with American friends on Saturday
