Thanks for the start, Chele. Sorry Iggy's back is bothering him again. Do you know what he did? Were your noodles homemade? Did you decide on fish tacos or something else for your takeout today? We're getting Thai tomorrow. Why is it that, even when we get takeout, there doesn't seem to be any less kitchen clean up? The challenge of some of the exercises yesterday was only part of the problem. We were using the step for the entire class (which we never do) and, as a result, we were looking at her backside most of the time so we couldn't hear her and we had no interaction, which is part of what makes the class so much fun. She was really last minute on deciding the next exercise and her transitions between resistance and cardio were so poorly planned that we lost time getting repositioned between exercises. I was thinking this morning that if this had been my first class, it would have most likely been my last. About 1/3 of the regulars didn't show up yesterday, so I wonder if they knew we had her leading the class. Meeting went well last night and it was a nice evening for a drive home.
Linda, with where you live, I probably wouldn't do ocean stuff on the tree either. Maybe he'll eventually get tired of it and you can relocate the tree to the garage then. Is today a museum day? How are you feeling? Fortunately, the instructor yesterday was only a sub and our regular teacher will be back for the next class. I really lucked into getting such a quick appointment with the surgeon, especially since he is based at my local office, which has only been open for a few months. The first time I passed it when they put up the signage I thought it would be an option for when I have to have cataract surgery, so it will be great to go in as an established patient.
I got an email from Publix, Kathy, advertising Florida strawberries. I saw some last week for over $5/lb and that was a bit more than I would have been comfortable paying. Are your skies sunny again? I saw that Daytona finally happened. The daughter of one of my close friends works for a racing company and was at the race yesterday and posted on FB. Looks like it was a gorgeous day.
I'm tired today after my long day yesterday. It's a mega laundry day for me and I really need to get some work done for the plant sale, which is all on computer. Dale went to a trail in KVL for a run and Arya is asleep. Guess it's time to get to work.

Karen, I hope the plant sale work goes quickly. I used to do mega laundry day, but now I usually just do one load per day. Folding one load is a lot easier on my back than five loads. I’m glad you get your regular instructor back next week. Step aerobics is really hard. I would think beginners would find a whole class of it excruciating.
I did some errands this morning and picked up Chinese for lunch. I had shrimp and mixed veggies. Now it’s time for a workout.
Linda, Kathy, I hope you’re having a good day.

Karen, I got Florida strawberries last week for $2.99 and they were good. I wouldn't pay $5 or more either. It was sunny and cool today. The skies cleared up Monday afternoon in time for the race, so they had a good day for it. I wonder if that instructor was a last minute replacement. One reason I really like Jazzercise is the instructions are always facing you. They do mirror image, so their left is your right and it's much easier to follow. Hope the plant sale is a success.
Chele, hope Iggy's back is better. Shrimp and veggies is one of my favorites.
Linda, my BFF's mother used to have her tree on a dolly and they would just wheel it into a back storage room and cover it up until next year. I'd love to do that too, but don't really have anywhere I could store it like that.

Karen, I think I missed something. I get lost in large paragraphs of small print sometimes..at least is is small on my iPad. You are having cataract surgery? hope plant sales goes well.
Chele.hope Iggies back heals fast. Take care of yours!
no museum today. I told him between early allergy season and bad knee I would be hit or Miss and get there when I can. I usually have an ongoing thing I can just pick up. Good thing because my BP started to get high yesterday . I have been very worried about a number of things lately I don't mention including DH…another post cancer test coming up. So naturally I worried about the BP and drive it up! Weirdly high all morning with anxiety making it worse until suppervafter talking to two dr.
Felt better by then because I have an appointment with primary tomorrow because it has been on the high side for quite a while. also talked to hematologist's nurse because it is 5 months since my last blood donation because of the low iron . the thickening of the blood from extra red cells pushes up BP. That is a real reason to worry since people with this die of heart attack or sudden stroke. hematologist thinks I am ok, They want copy of labs tomorrow .I don't see him for 4 more weeks if labs ok.
what fun. at least my knee stopped bothering me a lot.
