This thread is for anyone that has been away from healthy eating, had a gain and is recommitting. We accept all forms of healthy eating here, whatever that means to you. We touch base daily for accountability and to encourage one another. This is a judgment free zone.
We all struggle to get the weight off and keep it off. Sometimes this is a challenge, but we never give up and that is the key. Regardless of our situation or where we are in reaching our goal, we count on talking to each other every day and are blessed to have one another as friends.
All are welcome here.

Good morning and happy Tuesday!
Not much planned for today. I need to pop out to my local grocery for a couple of things, so might pop by the DG for a look around. I'm guessing they have the next batch of seasonal stuff out by now. I rarely buy any of it these days, but I so enjoy looking. Haha.

It's standardized testing time, which is kind of fun because of extra recess, yummy snacks, and fun activities.
Not much else going on here.

Hello All - LLI this morning with 2 history classes. UP next was Bridge and then Line Dancing at the clubhouse. This evening we had church dinner.
Jill - enjoy testing time. I remember it was a fairly easy week.

Jill - sounds like y'all have some fun things factored in the make testing week less stressful and more fun for kiddos and grownups alike. I hope it all goes smoothly.
Susie - good gracious you're busy today. How are you liking the line dancing? I bet it's fun.
Jana - glad you stopped by. Hope you're doing well. We've missed having you here recently.
Robin & Janet - I hope you're both having an easy week.
I'm hoping that I'll get to the gym tomorrow. Or at least, that's the plan. Beyond that, I don't have anything written in stone.
