Do you take time each day to relax?

About the most I do is counted breaths while I'm working on falling asleep. I don't have that stressful of a life but do sit at the computer at times during the day mindlessly surfing the internet which is relaxing. If I'm feeling stressed, I feel like I want to eat more.

I meditate every day and sometimes I've taken to doing a short one at times when I have to read my cards.
My relaxation Is watching videos and unfortunately, that makes me want to eat. I also eat when I'm stressed so being relaxed is good.

I relax so much that I need to encourage myself to get up and move - spend most of the time reading which is sort-of relaxing, right?

cathygeha, I can relate! I could read all day and not move. I meditate daily, formal sitting practice and I will meditate, or at least do body awareness, in bed before I go to sleep. When I wake up I set my intentions for the day and do a brief loving-kindness meditation.
