Chele, how are things going with the 7K steps/day? Lunch sounded really good. Did you get your workout done yesterday? How is Iggy's back? I usually don't do mega laundry days, but yesterday things just needed done. I think I overdid and am feeling it today. So today is an IP day--a couple of different kinds of Jasmine rice for us (to go with our Thai) and oats for Arya. We had a huge crowd on Monday evening and let's just say there were some people there who should have kept their germs at home. I think I'm fighting off something. In fact, Dale was expecting me to make fresh spring rolls for dinner and I told him that wasn't going to happen. Too much work. Maybe I'll feel like doing it on Friday.
The mirror method is what we're used to in iTone, Kathy. It was really strange with the instructor having her back to us. I think the usual instructor was planning to be off, so what you said made me wonder if the person who taught wasn't the original option to cover the class. Publix has the FL strawberries on BOGO this week, so I'm looking forward to that. They also have blueberries and blackberries on sale, so it will be a big berry week for me.
Linda, not cataract surgery for at least another year. I may be having surgery on tear ducts if the ocuplastics ophthalmologist can't get them unblocked non-surgically. How are you feeling today? How's the BP? You definitely don't need to have a stroke. Are you taking anything to thin out the blood some between donations? Good that at least you don't have all of this plus knee pain. Good luck on Bob's upcoming tests. I hope your allergy situation dissipates quickly there.
I really feel like I'm fighting something off today, so I plan to lay low. I did my PT exercises and that may be it other than occasional dog walkies. RHR has been a little high since yesterday and that's usually a first sign for me. I do need to cut up a pineapple but that usually doesn't take much time or effort. Trying to feel back to normal by tomorrow for my Osteo trip.

Karen, hope that sub is not there much longer. Steps in a whole class? Yikes. Hope you did not catch something. Still lot of COVID I keep hearing about plus RSV and flu annd the usual crud.
Early allergies there? ours are ramping up..tree pollen. It goes on until leafing out finishes then adds blooming pollen until June heat kills it.
Nice sale on sweet blackberries this week.
i did not know sudden changes in BP often are caused by heart attack! Yikes. They did extensive ekg and it was ok. So I have another BP med to pick up …type that gave me a head ache 25 years ago. Might be ok.
i have the allergy face headache these days and should not take sudafed or Advil. Tylenol does not deal with that.Tried to do decaf coffee this morning..euw! Hope that was because the K cups for decaf were three years old. So I just said bleep it! I am taking some Advil!
California rain is going on a diagonal across AZ and thankfully leaving me alone.
tired, so dinner will be breakfast! But I am going to make the Irish soda bread with dried cherries, walnuts and chocolate bits right after short dog walk.

Karen, hope whatever you have is mild and doesn't last long. It's impossible to avoid people and their germs if you go anywhere. My Philly aunt was supposed to fly down here Wednesday and was sniffling a bit. Her son-in-law made her take a Covid test and it was positive, so she didn't get on the plane. Her symptoms are really mild, so she'll be fine. I'm glad she didn't bring it down here though. I'll have to look for berry sales this week. The blueberries have been pricey lately.
Linda, pollen and allergies are ramping up here too. Hope the Advil helped.
Chele, hope you and Iggy had a good day.

.Bread looks good and used last of my energy.
would you believe after phone calls to drs.yesterday , early labs, ekg, at six my BP was 126/86. And I had to struggle out of compression stockings for ekg! New med is not ready yet.
Kathy, the Advil made a dent in it, and two Tylenol an hour later cut down a lot of knee pain. Seem to have made my hip mad though this afternoon.
