The biggest change has been my sweet tooth is a lot smaller than it was when I started to lose weight. It is much more manageable now. I think because I cut way back on the amount of sugar added foods I was eating. I've also learned to like plainer food without a lot of sugar, fat or salt. I look forward to my plain meals and snacks especially since I don't get much food noise eating this way.

Changes:
* sweets are sometimes too sweet * I prefer whole foods to refined foods * salty food are often too salty after cutting back

I'm afraid mine haven't. I have trained myself to dislike certain foods - cheesecake or cake with frosting for example if they are not chocolate - because I put a number of foods that were marginal on a no-eat list many years ago. However, I still like sweets of the kinds I like (anything chocolate, anything made with condensed milk, some Indian sweets). No amount of not eating sugar has convinced my tastebuds and brain to not go 'Ohh. that's good!" when I eat something that I like. Ditto with salty and spicy stuff. My stomach can't handle too spicy any more but my tongue and brain still go "Nice" when I eat something spicy.
