This thread is for anyone that has been away from healthy eating, had a gain and is recommitting. We accept all forms of healthy eating here, whatever that means to you. We touch base daily for accountability and to encourage one another. This is a judgment free zone.
We all struggle to get the weight off and keep it off. Sometimes this is a challenge, but we never give up and that is the key. Regardless of our situation or where we are in reaching our goal, we count on talking to each other every day and are blessed to have one another as friends.
All are welcome here.

Good morning and Happy Friday!
Just popping in to get us started. I still have a bit of soreness in my thighs, so I think I'll save the next workout for the weekend. It rained all through the night, but it looks to be nice (but a bit cooler) today.
Robin - can't wait to see the paint pics when you're ready to share.
Janet - sorry you had some no-show parents, but glad that it gave you the opportunity to complete other work.
Susie - WooHoo! Congrats on the new car!
Jill - I hope testing week has wrapped up smoothly.
Jana - I hope your household is on the mend!

Good Morning Everyone...got to my gym class and then took a short with DD as the rain began. I am trying to learn all about my new car. DH is going to drive me to the dealership to pick up my old car as soon as he gets back from his water session with the trainer. Today I have Hand & Foot. Tomorrow morning I am giving blood, and tomorrow evening is our "Fifties & Sixties" party at the clubhouse.
Lora - the rain is finally getting here. It is supposed to rain all day. Enjoy your break today before you workout again tomorrow.

Happy Friday,
I think the painters will be finished today. The dogs are feeling very deprived for not having the run of the whole house. All they really want is to be able to sleep on my bed during the day!
Lora, I hope you get some sunshine soon. This weekend will be sunny but cold, then on my day off next week it will be sunny and 68! Crazy temp swings.
Janet, I hope today is a good day in paradise! That is too bad that parents just don't show up.
Susie, I'm looking at a Hyundai for my next car. Do you love yours?

Not sure what I'll do today. I'm trying to stick around while the painters are here, but I need to take one of my old clocks to a repair place, and stop by the bank. I also have some cooking I want to do. I hope to get back later. Have a great day everyone!

Robin - I have only had the car for one day, but I am loving the heated steering wheel (which I never had before) and the Blue link where I can start the car from inside the house and don't have to go outside to start the car to get it warm. There are sooo many safety features that are great. I am just learning everything about it.

Hi Everyone,
Tommorow we won't be going to the Chinese restaurant for dinner. The guy who was going to drive us apparently has Covid now. My friend was somehow implying that I had it and was thinking that since I was with this guy last ex weekend he may have gotten it from me. Yes, I could have been exposed to it from the child that tested positive but I tested myself twice and was negative both times and that was at least 3-4 weeks before we went out for dinner last weekend and to the museum. At the museum itself I wasn't even in close contact with him at all. Any way it makes it easier tommorow as I won't have to deal with getting to my friend's house later if I don't have my car after having the brakes checked out.
Susie, congrats on your new car!
My friend that who is in the nursing home now always said it was considered good luck to throw in loose change into a new car.
So it looks like no real plans for this weekend other than the usual errands, reading,etc.
