This thread is for anyone that has been away from healthy eating, had a gain and is recommitting. We accept all forms of healthy eating here, whatever that means to you. We touch base daily for accountability and to encourage one another. This is a judgment free zone.
We all struggle to get the weight off and keep it off. Sometimes this is a challenge, but we never give up and that is the key. Regardless of our situation or where we are in reaching our goal, we count on talking to each other every day and are blessed to have one another as friends.

Good morning and Happy Weekend!!!
Just popped in to get us started. I woke up with a bit of a headache this morning. So first priority shaking that. Mark wanted to sleep with the fan on last night, and that often messes me up, so it might just be that. Anyway, I'm pretty sure it will be gone soon. We're hoping for the gym & track late morning. Other than that, I don't have much in the way of plans today. The sun is out, it's cold right now, but we're headed for the 50s later so should be a nice weather day overall.

Hi Everyone,
Just got home from having my car taken care of. I took it this morning at 9 am. This other employee drove me over to the shopping center where I get my haircut. Since I was too early to go in yet I went into Target to see if they had any more of my coffee flavor. Both Targets and Walmart didn't have the flavor I like so ended having to go to this other store that usually has it but their price is higher. They had it today though.
I could have gone food shopping but I think I will wait until tommorow or maybe a later this afternoon.
I think I will read some. I have a load of laundry to do.
Lora, hope that your headache has gone away.
I hope that I made the right decision about the car. I believe that I did because I felt the dealer just didn't seem to think there was anything wrong with it despite all the squealing it was making. When I have had other cars do that it was taken care of and it stopped. Anyway, I will know soon enough as I am driving around.
I don't think that this car was the best choice really for some reasons but I needed a car and relatively quickly before the weather got too cold. Despite some of the issues most are minor issues that don't affect the function of the car overall. I discovered that what I thought was a cd player was not. My disc's won't go in so not sure if it is for an mp3 disc or was it just fake? I can live with just a radio but I would have liked to play my music as well. The interior is kind of scratched up so isn't as nice as my previous car. But can I live with it? I guess yes.
The one thing that does work better is the defrosting system as it didn't seem to work well in my previous car.

Hello All - gave blood this morning and almost wasn't able to do so....first my iron was too low. They said they could try another finger and when they did, the iron level was OK - weird, huh? Next, my temp was 99.6 - too high, but I was drinking my hot coffee that I brought with me (this happened once before), so I got a drink out of the water fountain and voila - my temp was OK.
I read a little and figured out a couple of things about the car...guess I will try to do a little each day. The JUKEBOX 50s/60s Party was really fun this evening. DH has already gone to bed and I will be heading there before long.
Janet - I guess as long as your car is OK, it serves the purpose. I think the extra good defrosters is really helpful at least.
Lora - hope you got to the gym today.

PS Janet - guess I'll have to throw some loose change in my car!
