Friday, 03/01 Did you give up anything while losing weight and then worked it back in once you were at goal?

I didn't bring sweets into the house and still don't, but there are times I end up with some sweets in the house and I can control myself now and have them in limited quantities. I think it was staying away from them for so long that got my impulsiveness around sweets in control. Also working on my sabotaging thoughts with the reviews of "The Beck Diet Solution" by Dr. Judith Beck. I didn't have pizza for the longest time and now when my husband orders it I will have one piece at a time. I've relaxed more now. Right now, I'm working on not getting too relaxed.

I didn't give up any foods in losing mode. I did change my portion sizes and frequency of some foods.
