Nancy, I did a YouTube workout this morning. Some of the moves are hard for me but I enjoyed it!! Thanks for the suggestion.

I went at 8:30 to weigh and there was already 6 ladies there. I put a bag on a chair to save for me and went to breakfast. Got back at 8:50 and the room was filled (every chair) over 50 ladies -good thing I saved my chair. There was a long line to weigh. I met a very nice lady beside me. Great meeting. Nice morning, went to Merle Norman, then to Bath and Body and Grocery store before my hair cut. Home at 1 and played Samba with the ladies. no time left for shoe shopping-another day I had a GREAT day!

Good Morning!!
I cannot believe tomorrow is the 1st day of March.
Yesterday, It rained an off most of the day so I chose to o a 5 mile WATP. It was in the 60's though.
I got some laundry done and cleaned out a drawer in my bathroom that I have been meaning to do for awhile.
After my workout I sat and read for an hour felt nice.
We went to Bible Study last night.
I only work til noon today so I can take Leroy to his orthopedic appointment.

Yesterday, I added 3.01 miles( 2 mile WATP and 1.01 Miles while watching TV to get some more steps in).

Brenda: Good job on your video. Hoping the moves will get easier for you the more you do them.

Hello, Kelly, you're rocking those steps!! Good luck to DH today.. Brenda, I'm glad you liked the yoga. I've been doing energizing chair yoga for seniors and beginners with Lauren. Hi Claudette & Andrew. Where has the week gone. I did chair yoga M & W, virtual meetings every day, tracking & waters. I decluttered my medicine cabinet (so much was expired) & my kitchen cabinets. Everyday I've been decluttering something. Happy Friday

I had a down-up-down week. One good day makes me feel I can splurge. Then a bad day makes me feel I should cut back too hard. Creates some up and down. I want to try to keep it steady. I want to try to keep at about WW Daily Points + about 4 Weekly Points per day. Thank you all!
