Hello, Mimi, congratulations on being the BL for last week. Keep on doing what your doing!! Kelly, congratulations on being the BL for February, you rocked the month even with all your obstacles. Andrew, exciting that you get to live overseas. The last 10pounds are always the hardest to lose. I've yet to reach my goal & promised myself that I would not give up! It's a lifestyle change. In-studio meeting, tracking, slacking on waters 28oz. Ran some errands & read my book. Happy Sunday

Thank you for the Congrats, everyone!!
I added 9.54 miles Fri- Sunday. 7 WATPs & 2.54 mile walk outdoors yesterday.
I had a nice weekend. Saturday mornings shift went quickly.
I was able to relax and read Saturday and Sunday afternoon.
Mimi: Congrats on being the Biggest Loser for the week. Good luck with your WI. It is ridiculous the closest evening meeting is a 6 pm meeting in Baltimore. Surely not traveling that far to WI plus I don't get off til 5:30 so would never make it rush hour traffic.

Hello, They closed the Sunday meeting at my location because too many lifetime members were attending it!! They weren't making enough money for that meeting to stay open. Virtual meeting, tracking, waters. A lazy day, laundry, reading & watching Oppenheimer. Happy Monday

Kelly, WTG with the miles!! That’s great you got to relax some over the weekend.
Nancy, that’s terrible they closed the Sunday meeting for that reason. My in studio meetings have closed several meetings.
I did 15 minutes on my bike and some chair yoga yesterday.

Good Morning!! Yesterday I added 2.24 miles. ( 1 mile WATP and 1.24 mile walk at lunch). My studio only has 2 meetings and they are both in the morning.( Wednesday & Saturday). The meeting is in a hotel. Closest evening meeting is a 6 pm in Baltimore which would never make it with rush hour traffic. Nancy: That is sad they closed a meeting based on money. Although, I am sure the cut back in available meetings have a lot to do with money.
Glad you had a relaxing day.

I weigh 149.2 this AM (without clothes). Yea-haven't seen that number in a long time. I will go to the 9:00 meeting this AM weigh-in at 8:30-go for breakfast at the diner (hungry)-go back to the meeting at 9, then hair cut at 10:45. I don't like to drive the car(go everywhere in my golf cart}. So when I venture out I like to do it all at once. We have a new Skecher store-think I will go get a pair of golf shoes too while I am out. Spring is coming ladies-still in 40s here at night though but 70s in daytime. You ladies are doing well with the exercise. I had 7500 steps yesterday. 3 miles walk away the Pounds.

Hello, Mimi, Happy dancing for you!! Did you jump off and back on the scale (lol). Good luck at the meeting. My dh wears Skechers for golf too. I'd love it to be in the 70's we got to 50's yesterday. Brenda, we are posting at the same time. Yes, I do you tube - I'll get her name today. Virtual meeting, TM35min, tracking, waters!! Did some decluttering around the house. Happy Wednesday

Good afternoon!!
Yesterday I added a 1 mile WATP and 1.23 mile walk at lunch.
Rainy day today so getting ready to do a WATP workout.
Brenda: Hope you are having a good week.
Mimi: Awesome number on the scale. Hope you enjoyed your WW meeting. We made it to low 60's yesterday and today.
Nancy: You are doing good with your consistency. Good job on the de-cluttering. I am gradually doing that myself.
