I decided to re join ww 3 days ago. We had "snacks" at work consisting of a bag of peanuts , and 1 package of Belevita cookies. When I joined I added up the points I was very surprise I used 17 points. I did WW a few years ago pre pandemic, meetings, but I was working overnights, and the idea of sticking to the plan never worked for me. I worked overnights for years, only eating once a day. Then I began working on 2nd shift, again my eating was very sporadic. I was doing the same thing now that I am working first shift. I decided to put my metabolism on a kick in the pants, and have been tracking my points in 3 days. I'm not hungry, nor do I feel my energy levels sink to a slow dribble. In the past 2 days I manage to eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I also have been eating veggies, and fruit. So far I am happy. Anyhow, I look forward to meeting others, and your support will keep me motivated.

isillyme, Welcome to these boards! You're doing great! I've always eaten vegetables and fruits, but I've recently been trying to increase the amount of vegetables even more.

I decided to walk through Costco today, whoa there are too many labels to read when you go to a warehouse store. I must have walked around 2 hours before I finished. My husband is on board of what I am doing. He loved the WW Friendly Egg McMuffin, that was made at home. It was soo good. I manage to drink more water these days as well. For me I really don't care for water but when I went to work a co-worker showed me his CriKul let me tell you this is such a godsend. I like the little flavor cartiridges, and now I am tasting fruit punch instead of plain water. I manage to get 3 of these in a day. I can do this lifestyle, hopefully by Wednesday I have lost something. We shall see.

Try adding fresh (or dried) mint and cucumber slices to water - let it infuse overnight in the fridge then strain. Very tasty

isillyme I love making the "egg McMuffin"-Thomas's multi grain muffin, egg, Velveeta slice, and Canadian bacon - for 3 points!!! I pair that with chobani zero (1) for a filling breakfast 🤗 For anyone reading this and thinking of getting a CirKul. Just grab a flavor sip (the top part of the bottle, I think that's what they are called, I know Walmart carries them) and skip the bottle. If you've been doing WW for any length of time you probably have a stockpile of water bottles and the sips fit most wide mouthed bottles.

Yes Walmart carries the Cirkul, already my water intake has had "graduation" of some sort. I haven't had any soda for 5 days, usually I have coffee all day, along with a diet coke. So far I am liking this lifestyle. I know I can do this. The flavor cartridge, is zero calories, but it does make your water flavorful. I hate the taste of pipes in my water, and I must say I haven't had the "sink" taste. I have also cut down on the coffee intake as well. Hopefully the scale will show I lost somethng.
