Day 2 – Pick Two Reasonable Diets
Beck wants you to pick two diets that you would be willing to follow, one is the one you’ll follow and the other is a back-up in case the first one doesn’t work out. These are her guidelines for a “doable diet:”
Diet should be healthy.
Choose a diet that includes food you like and can easily prepare.
Choose a diet that’s flexible.
Choose a diet that allows you to budget for indulgences.

I have three options. My first option is to follow the current plan for Weight Watchers using the app on my phone, second option is to count calories using My Fitness Pal, and if Weight watchers goes away, I subscribe to healthi and will follow their Carb Conscious plan which is the old Points Plus Weight Watchers plan.

I find that focusing on mainly vegetables and home-cooked foods without refined carbs works well for me. It doesn't make for a fast weight-loss but it works and I can live with it. I cook with a variety of grains, legumes, vegetables, spices, nuts and seeds and am careful with the higher calorie ones like coconut milk or nuts. We've switched over to millets instead of rice and there are a variety of Indian millets available which provide variety.
eta: sorry! I should have written also that I do intermittent fasting and only eat 2 meals a day. If this stops working, I'll go back to counting calories with either MFP or another tool.

Plan 1- the one I'm on now - MFP.
Plan 2 - Healthi Carb Conscious - the old WW Points Plus plan.
Also I do intermittent fasting intermittently.
Also I'm eating more of a whole foods plant based diet.

Currently the Healthi App is not allowing me to search so have set to the plan that has the most zero points foods - Better Balance
I switch between Better Balance and Conquer Cravings on Healthi I sometimes track on My Fitness Pal I would be willing to go back to the Weight Watchers exchange program - maybe - or do Weight Watchers Core program I also like the idea of the divide your plate and could see doing that at some point in time
