This week I tracked four days after not tracking at all. I also kept up with weighing and measuring, concentrating on bringing the right foods in the house and keeping trigger food out of the house, and keeping up with my online support groups. I am grateful that my husband and I are healthy.

Credit for tracking most of the week. Credit for eating healthfully and for being aware of hunger/satiation/cravings and mostly eating accordingly. Credit for exercising 5/7 days. bbbearsmom, great job tracking!

Monday, 03/04 Did you keep any of your old, larger clothes, or did you get rid of them?

I'm pretty sure I got rid of most of mine. Might have kept one or two one-size-larger pairs of pants. I've been the same size since 2008.

I got rid of all of them, but it took me a few years of maintaining until I discarded the last few items. It took some convincing to myself that I wasn't going to suddenly regain all my lost weight.
On the other hand - I had kept most of my smaller clothes from years prior after I'd gained weight. When I lost that weight again, I had so much fun shopping in my closet for clothes that held up in style and fit again.

susan092907, That must have been fun. I didn't keep any of my smaller clothes when I was gaining weight.

This week I plan on tracking and keep tracking even if I miss a day or don't do a perfect job. I will continue to weigh and measure and keep up with my online support groups. My me-time is my computer and reading time.

My plan for the week is to eat healthfully and per hunger/satiation/dealing with cravings. I'll track. I'll exercise as much as I'm able to.

Do you still have problems with still feeling fat, or feeling unhappy with your body? How do you work things out with these feelings?

I've been at goal weight for over 16 years and have accepted my body. It isn't perfect but I don't seem to have the energy to do much about it, so I accept it and don't criticize myself. My big deal is I did lose 80 pounds and I congratulate myself for doing that.

I still am not satisfied with how I look and how I'm carrying extra fat. My weight is not down to where I was when I first got to my personal goal, though it's below my official WW goal. I'm getting closer back to my personal goal weight than I've been in several years. I know I have certain heath risks, not because of my weight itself, but because of where I'm carrying excess fat. I'm working on reducing that.

Thursday, 03/07 What do you have for breakfast?

Every day I have oatmeal and non-fat milk, some days I'll also have a scrambled egg. When I go out to breakfast, I'll have two poached eggs and fried potatoes, or two pieces of French toast.
