I have oatmeal often, and cottage cheese for protein after. Once in a while I have a very low sugar, high fiber cold cereal with milk. Once in a while I have a little bit of peanut butter on whole grain bread toast. Sometimes I have a fruit with breakfast too. Sometimes I don't eat breakfast at all.

I lost 80 pounds. It took 18 months to do it and I've kept it off for over 16 years although I'm struggling right now and gaining a little.

I lost 35 lbs. It took me 15 months to do it. I kept it off well for about 5 years, and I've more or less maintained at a higher weight for another 8 years, so I call it 13 years of maintenance. I've been working for years to lose some of the regained weight. Recently I've been a little more successful at doing that.
