This thread is for anyone that has been away from healthy eating, had a gain and is recommitting. We accept all forms of healthy eating here, whatever that means to you. We touch base daily for accountability and to encourage one another. This is a judgment free zone.
We all struggle to get the weight off and keep it off. Sometimes this is a challenge, but we never give up and that is the key. Regardless of our situation or where we are in reaching our goal, we count on talking to each other every day and are blessed to have one another as friends.
All are welcome here.

Good morning and Happy Monday!
Drippy and super foggy here AGAIN this morning. Looks like right now they're predicting similar weather for most of this week. Lol. I think I better be getting used to it for the next few weeks.
Today would have been my parents 67th wedding anniversary. I'm going to try my best not to dwell on that, but it's a little difficult to think about how all of our lives could have been so different if she hadn't have passed in 1992. Oh well. Live goes on, right?
Anyway, better to entertain happier thoughts, right? I'm planning a fairly quiet day. Back to the gym tomorrow. I'm thawing 2 NY Strips from our new beef delivery and so excited to have those. It's been awhile since we ran out of our local beef and the grocery store stuff just doesn't hold a candle. Lol. They said that they're hoping to add some piggies this year, so hopefully an order soon will include a side of pork as well. That would be amazing and I'm keeping my fingers crossed for them to be able to expand their farm business (and my freezer options...Ha!).

Hello All - got to my gym class this morning, then walked with DD and watched a ZOOM LLI class. IT is chilly today here too. At first it looked nice and the sun was shining, but not now. Now it is raining.
Lora - I know today holds bitter-sweet memories for you.

Lora, I can really relate...there are some dates that bring emotions and reflection for me, too. People can't help looking back sometimes. I hate that your gloomy weather just won't quit! That will be great to get that fresh pork added to your freezer.
Susie, what is this current class about? Could you share the info on that again? I would love to see these. I love history (one of my college minors) and they all sound interesting.
I am working from home tomorrow. The building that our office is in will be doing plumbing work, so we would be without water all day. No toilets, no hand washing, etc., so we can't have patients in there. I'm off Wednesday, so I'm happy with being home tomorrow! I get to sleep a little later and I can work in my leggings😀
I will be back tomorrow. I hope everyone is having a good start to the week.
