Let's do a daily post with just ONE THING we are grateful for. With everything that is going on, sometimes it is hard to remember to focus on the good things too. It can be funny, silly, serious, whatever, no judgments here.

I snapped up some awesome jumbo blueberries. Biggest ones ever - I had to take a pic! lol Here's a great hack for storing blueberries. I put them (unwashed) into a large-sized mason jar, lid on tight, then into the refrigerator. They store beautifully and for sooo much longer

Our weather guessers are hinting at a late freeze in early April in Texas. Some of the "experts" online say that the pecan and mesquite trees have not put out buds, which is a sure sign of spring. What's the forecast in your area?
