I usually have fat free Greek yogurt with some frozen fruit and some peanut butter on whole wheat bread. Sometimes I have left overs from dinner.

Lunch - it's very variable. Often cottage cheese or yogurt, raw vegetables - carrots, celery, grape tomatoes. Or cooked vegetables. Sometimes skinless boneless chicken breast instead of the dairy. Sometimes leftover dinner. Sometimes lunch is my breakfast and I eat oatmeal.

I wish I'd known that I'd be working on weight management for the rest of my life, because I'd have saved myself a lot of anguish, and money paid to WW, by learning to maintain my weight loss early on. I also wish I'd known that there were mental and behavioral things that I could learn to do - ie Beck - that would help me with this. Though Beck's Diet Solution book wasn't published until 2009, and I became aware of it probably soon after it was published, I really needed it back in 1971!
